Message	bolt, no issues. Unless your syncro's are starting wear, a slightly overfilled oil level should have zero impact on the synchronizer ring being able to run up the cone clutch, and ultimately matching speeds between the sleeve and speed gear allowing the hub to lock in. Gear clash is typically caused by wrong fluid type, worn clutch, seized pilot bearing/bushing and/or worn syncho.
